Easy way out?

I just talked to all my professors today, and it is confirmed, I shouldn't have any final exams other than espanol. I will be required to do term papers, yeah for all my classes. Lotsa independent study, all in ENGLISH and I really want to do a good job.

Now that I have managed to convince all the prof to allow me to do so, I'm thinking if I'm looking for an easy way out? I guess the reason why I choose mexico is to experience the culture and of coz to travel, studies is not suppose to be on the priority list. And yesh, I'm seriously putting my heart and soul into espanol, and I hope to do well in it also.

Therefore, essentially, I'm not merely looking for an easy way out for myself. I have justified my actions and in fact, I feel that I have changed the environment to suit myself, so I'm prettie please with the outcome.

For a matter of fact, I was cheated to come here as they told me they would make exceptions for me and to let me take courses in English, but is so sad that I only have 1 out of 5 that is english, and this is probably the only english course in the whole school. I guess I'm not the only one that is cheated, the rest of the exchange students are having quite a hard time comprehending the lessons too. And I feel for them, especially their command of espanol is 100 times better than mine.

I feel kinda disappointed too because all the classes that I'm taking are so interesting, but yet, I will have to explore the field of study on my own, argh....

It is really so interesting man, but just too bad, time and place doesn't allow me to know. I guess I will have to give and take. But still, I must thank god for answering my prayers man. For that, I promise to learn prayers in Spanish. I will start doing it tml. :)

Easy way out? No, finding the right way out!!!
