The Oath of Wine

I Lover of Wine, Student of Wine
And barely responsible citizen
Promise to believe in the Roman God of Wine - Bacchus
And all his vices
And to take part in as many wine frenzies as I can
I also promise, to never drink from plastic
From this day forth
Now drink to the Roman God of Wine - Bacchus
(To Bacchus)

I took this oath during my Wine Appreciation class last week, and I thought it is pretty meaningful. :)
