Mapy and Nacho's Wedding

Mexican wedding is totally different from the ones I have seen back home. To the Mexicans' the wedding that I attended yesterday seems to be a small scale one, but as compared to any back home, it is really awesome. I would say it is simple and yet refreshing, and made u feel the mood of love.

The classical and colonial ambience of the yard which held the wedding ceremony at 7pm - Dusk. Accompanies by soft live violin music, and candles are everywhere, including floating in the fountain.

Everyone was dress in formal, and it looks like a posh wedding as compared to the home standard. Given the weather here, it is easy for everyone to dress like that. Back home, probably every GUY will be in the oven if they appear in suits. hahaha.

The food was a mixed of western, international as well as mexican. It was great because I was almost full on my 3rd dish out of the 6 dishes. They stopped at the 5 and 6 dish and everyone was invited for a dance. being the shy me, i decided to just sit there and observe the whole time, but the bride spotted me and invited me for a dance. I say i can't dance, and she say she is the bride of the day, and she can do whatever she wants. Oh my...haha. It was pretty interesting i must say. Ballroom and salsa, everyone seems so natural at it. Lucky thing is, i learnt it in NZ, if not, it will be so awkward to be up there. hahaha.

The whole wedding was great, they even have 4 choco fondue fountains with lotsa sinful helpings during the dance. It was really amazing. The whole wedding ended at 3am and I felt so tired, but it was really worth it.
